Floriade 2012   I have heard nothing from anyone (November 2011) but am looking at routes and hotels for Sonja and I to get to Venlo and back in 5 days some time between May - July.  

Sonja and I went to the last two Floriade’s in Netherlands in 1992 and 2002 and will go to the next one.  We thought it might be fun to go to the next one in the Moss and wondered if anyone would like to join us?  We are thinking of taking 2 days to reach Venlo, 2 days at Venlo and another 2 days to return via a different route.  We would use the equivalent of Travelodge for overnight stays. Ps. I know 2 + 2 + 2 = 5 because I am planning the route.  If you are interested please let me know.  There is no commitment until we have to put down some money.

There is still the Christmas party to finish 2011 but you should be looking to 2012 if you are going to get to one of the Moss events.  It will be worth the effort.

The calendar below is for 2011 but we will be using this to plan 2012.
